OA The 12 Traditions

Traditions are the spiritual foundation of our fellowship. They are designed to foster loving relationships both within and outside the fellowship. They make us more human. Most importantly, if you are at all familiar with the personality of the compulsive eater, you’ll see how the traditions protect meetings, our families, our communities from people like us.

Join us as we explore the traditions and the many ways they can enhance our recovery.
